Michael W. Doyle's review lan M. Dershowitz's PREEMPTION: A Knife that Cuts Both Ways makes me want to read the book. I may - probably will - disagree with parts of it.Those who a following the question of adapting just war doctrine to the changing nature of war should read the review and the book.
